Breath Body Mind is a 4 or 6 week course that helps unpaid carers like you learn easy breathing and movement exercises, to build resilience, feel less stressed and worried. Breath Body Mind is run in and around York by Partners in Dementia. Please note is open to any unpaid carer, for example carers of people with mental health conditions, heart disease, children with additional needs.
