- [Site Closures - August](https://www.priorymedical.net/news/site-closures-august/): A list of the sites that will be closed (usually for afternoon) over August.
- [Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF)](https://www.priorymedical.net/news/patient-safety-incident-response-framework-psirf/): We treat millions of people in the NHS. Sometimes things can go wrong. These are known as Patient Safety Incidents. A patient safety incident is any unintended or unexpected event. We use the PSIRF framework to investigate these incidents.

Breath Body Mind is run in and around York by Partners in Dementia. Please note is open to any unpaid carer, for example carers of people with mental health conditions, heart disease, children with additional needs.
